How long does it take to activate my subscription?

All applications are processed and within a maximum period of 24 hours from the time of receiving completed documents.

Are the details provided are confidential ?

All information provided to us are kept in strictest of confidence. We provide guarantee to your privacy and your details are not provided to anybody, except if required by law.

In case of international wire transfer, who bears the bank charges ?

The bank charges are borne by the subscribers of service. Since, we are charging minimum cost as compared to our competitors in providing this service, we don’t take the burden of bearing bank cost of transferring money to our account.

Can I change my mail forwarding address?

Yes, you can change your mail forwarding address anytime during the period of your subscription.

Where all you can send the mail received?

We have world-wide clients, so we can forward your mails at any place.

I don’t wish to get the mails forwarded to me nor I can come and collect the mail, which service is suitable for me?

We have Mail Scanning Service for such subscribers, who will get the scanned copy of their mails directly at their registered e-mail address.

What all records are kept regarding our mails?

We spent lot of time in logging every single mail received / forwarded by us. At any point of time, we are always in a position to provide you with the forwarding reference no. / no. of mails received, etc. through our unique in-house developed software.

Do you accept mail from third-party also?

We accept mails on your behalf from only mail authorities / couriers. No third-party dealings are allowed.

What if I wish to have a customized service built for me?

We are always their to help our subscribers with unique solutions developed for them. We would be always happy to assist you with new solutions which would help us increase our clientele and help the subscribers of our service.

For what purpose, I can use the address allotted?

The address allotted to you can be ONLY used as a correspondence address i.e., for getting mail correspondence delivered at our mailing address.
